Refunds & disputes, in plain language.

We would rather keep your trust than your money. This page explains exactly when you can get a refund, how to ask for one, and how we handle billing disputes — without making you dig through the full Terms.

What this policy covers

This policy applies to every payment made to Purple SaaS, LLC (DBA SureForm): Complete subscriptions (monthly or yearly), the one-time Lifetime plan, and SMS credit purchases. It works together with our Terms of Service; if the two ever conflict on refunds, this page wins.

Payments SureForm collects on your behalf from your respondents (through your forms via Stripe or PayPal) are governed by your own refund terms — those transactions are between you and your respondents.

Subscription refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time in Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep full access until then.

  • Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable, except as described on this page or where the law requires otherwise.
  • Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges are always refunded in full — tell us within 30 days of the charge.
  • If we materially reduce or remove a feature you paid for mid-cycle, you may request a pro-rated refund of the remainder of that cycle.

Lifetime 30-day guarantee

Every Lifetime purchase includes a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Request the refund within 30 days of purchase and we return the full amount to your original payment method. After 30 days, Lifetime purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

SMS credits

SMS credits never expire, so there is no pressure to use them quickly. Unused credit purchases are refundable in full within 14 days of purchase. Once credits from a purchase have started being consumed, that purchase is no longer refundable.

How to request a refund

Email hello@sureform.io from the email address on your account, and include your workspace name or form ID if you have it. That's it — no forms, no retention calls.

  • We confirm receipt within 2 business days.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Billing disputes & chargebacks

If a charge looks wrong, contact us first — most billing issues are resolved in a single reply. We acknowledge disputes within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 10.

Nothing in this policy limits your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer or payment provider. We do ask that you give us the chance to fix it first; chargebacks filed while a refund is already being processed can slow everything down for you.

EU & UK consumers

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. By starting to use the Service immediately, you consent to immediate performance; where the law grants it regardless, the right of withdrawal is unaffected. Our 30-day Lifetime guarantee applies on top of — never instead of — your statutory rights.
