SureForm started in 2023, in the middle of a conference organizing nightmare. Three of us were running a design conference and needed forms — speaker applications, sponsor intake, attendee RSVPs. Every tool we tried made the same trade: either it looked like a tax form from 2004, or it charged per seat, per form, per response until the invoice looked like a phone number.
We kept asking the same question: why does collecting information — the most mundane task on the internet — require choosing between ugly and unaffordable?
